No Return Policy

All sales at Paints Pal are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect choice of color, or unused items.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including product names, sizes, and colors, as we cannot make changes or cancellations after an order is placed.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will work with you on a replacement or other resolution. Our no-return policy does not affect this protection for damaged or incorrect items, and does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
